1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Your Phase Ltd (“Phase”), registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over worldwide who have installed the Phase app. Employees of Phase App Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure their participation is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, complete the feedback survey linked in the invitation. All completed surveys received before the closing date will be entered into a random prize draw to win one (1) £20 (or local currency equivalent) Amazon voucher.
At the end of the survey, you may also choose to opt in to participate in a short user interview. If you are selected and complete the interview, you will receive a guaranteed £20 Amazon voucher.

4. Survey Prize Draw

One winner will be chosen at random from all valid survey responses received before the deadline.
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey within 7 days of the competition closing.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Phase reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.

5. Guaranteed Interview Reward

If you opt in to the user interview and are selected, you will be contacted to arrange a short video or phone interview (approximately 20 minutes).
Upon completion of the interview, you will receive a £20 Amazon voucher, regardless of whether you participated in the prize draw.
Only participants who complete the interview will receive the guaranteed reward. Interview slots are limited and not all who opt in may be selected.

6. Prize Details

Each Amazon voucher is valued at £20 GBP and will be delivered digitally via email.
Vouchers will be issued in the local currency equivalent, where possible, based on the recipient's location and availability of Amazon digital vouchers.
No cash or alternative prizes will be offered. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Entry Deadline

All entries must be received by 1:59 PM BST on 31st August 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered for the prize draw.

8. Data Protection

By entering the competition, you agree that any personal data provided (e.g., email address) may be used by Phase for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting you regarding interviews, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

Only one entry per person is permitted.
Phase reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time without prior notice.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
