We built Phase to humanize productivity by working with female biology, not against it. In our first year, thousands of women used Phase to schedule deep work around hormonal shifts, track cycle-based energy patterns, and ditch hustle culture's consistency myth. We launched on iOS and Android, secured funding, got featured in major publications, and learned that most women don't know their own biology. Here's what happened, what we learned, and what's next.
